Mr. Omar Al Mulla CEO of Osool Investments at Sharjah Asset Management Holding LLC, the investment arm of the government of Sharjah. where he oversees SAM’s global investment activities. His responsibilities also include strategic investments in regional infrastructure assets, joint ventures and partnerships that foster long-term growth of Sharjah Economy.

He chairs the board of Sharjah Hamriyah Independent Power Company (SHIPCO) and serves on the board of ADX listed Sharjah Cement & Industrial Development Co. In addition to that, Mr. Omar is also a board member in the Investment committee in Sharjah Sports Council, He also served as the Chairman of RAFID Automotive Solutions and Heads several leadership and executive committee positions across SAM’s subsidiaries and joint ventures.

Mr. Al Mulla holds a bachelor’s degree in E-business Management, Higher Diploma in Financial Service and Banking from Higher College of Technology and a Master of Science degree in Finance and Banking from the British University in Dubai.
