Dana Gas PJSC, a public joint stock company under formation and referred to in these terms as “Dana Gas”, (such term shall throughout these Terms include, whilst the company is under formation, the Founders of Dana Gas and the Founders Committee of Dana Gas) may, from time to time, change these Terms in its sole discretion. By using this Site now and after any such change, you agree to comply with, and be bound by, the Terms.

The benefit of all protections afforded by these Terms shall extend not only to Dana Gas but also to Sajaa Gas Private Limited Company, United Gas Transmissions Company Limited and to Crescent National Gas Corporation; about which companies information is posted on this Site.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Dana Gas, its affiliates and their officers, directors and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs, arising from or related to your use of this Site.

These terms and your use of this site shall be governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising under these terms or out of your use of this site shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of the said authority. By using this site, you hereby agree to the personal jurisdiction of and venue in such courts.
